Position: People Team Adviser 
Location: Macclesfield 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (They are open to a range of flexible working options including part-time and job share.) 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £24,776 per annum

About the role: 

You'll be a key member of their People Team, supporting their Business Partners to advise managers on the full range of employee-relations casework matters, including probation, discipline, grievance, dignity at work, performance, sickness absence management and code of conduct matters. 

You'll be working with People Managers across our client to promote the promoting the wellbeing of employees and officers, including advising and working alongside People Managers to facilitate wellbeing plans, reasonable adjustments and referrals to Occupational Health. More widely, you'll get involved in a whole host of HR project work - supporting their Race Equity and wider Culture work. 

About you: 

They are looking for someone who is totally at home managing cases and advising managers on their options, and has experience of a range of core employee relations matters. You will feel confident advising on grievance, disciplinary, performance improvement etc. You will be brimming with ideas on how they can promote employee health and wellbeing, and you will be comfortable advising on reasonable adjustments and stress management. 

They are also looking for someone who puts customers at the heart of your approach, so you'll be passionate about developing high quality HR policies and guidance. As well as being excited about coaching their managers and helping to enhance their management skills and capability. 

You may have experience of the following: People Team Adviser, HR Administrator, Human Resources Advisor, HR Advisor, Human Resources Generalist, HR Generalist, Human Resources Officer, HR Officer, Human Resources Executive, HR Executive, Human Resources etc.
