The roleWe are currently looking for a talented and self-motivated HR Advisor. As an HR Advisor you will work as part of the HR Services customer contact team dealing with administration and payroll queries whilst delivering a supportive, efficient and quality driven administration service to the business. Prioritising your own workload to ensure delivery within agreed SLA's, standard operating procedures and legislative policies whilst identifying and mitigating risks. You will take responsibility for providing excellent customer service evidenced by demonstrating effective contracting, active listening, using questioning/probing skills to diagnose the root causes and ensuring that solutions are implemented and escalated where appropriate. We are always looking for ways in which we can make things simpler and easier for our customers so you will be expected to proactively identify continuous improvements to processes and working practices within the department. What we are looking for:Do you have excellent administration and organisation skills? Then this might be the role for you. Along with strong customer services experience, you will be a strong communicator and must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of Data Protection and its associated risks. You will have excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure and a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business. We are looking for you to be a self-starter with great team working skills with an aptitude for improvement and making suggestions on how changes can be implemented.
