We are currently looking for a talented individual who enjoys administration and wants to develop their generalist HR advisor knowledge/experience further. 


You will work as part of our recently formed HR Hub team in our Birmingham office and will play a key role in supporting the wider HR function to deliver results for the business.   We are on a journey of HR modernisation and are looking for someone who has an appetite to be part of this change as the function evolves.


The role:


You will be the first point of contact for employee queries across the business.  Working in a fast paced environment you will work alongside the wider HR function to provide support in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.  You will be responsible for issuing letters to new and existing employees, where changes to terms and conditions occur.  You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of internal and external customers and will have regular contact with the payroll department.  There will also be scope to assist the Head of HR, the Hub Manager and the HR Business Partners with project work.
