We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for a well established business with a small HR Team. Ideally you should be CIPD qualified with a HR generalist background.
Overview of the role:
You will be offering the provision of generalist advice to employees and managers and liaison with a range of external customer and suppliers. Coaching; organising and delivery of training and development and performance management including the annual review process.
Recruitment support is also required from job description and advert to offer and contract. A range of other tasks including keeping appraised of employment law, policies and procedures and responding to the HR system enquiries and tasks.
• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• The ability to handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent IT skills including Excel for the production of reports.
• The ability to communicate at all levels/ Excellent interpersonal skills
