Working closely with the HR Business Partners you will be responsible for providing a full HR service to your managers developing strong relationships across your area, enabling you to support the delivery of the people strategy, commercial goals and improving operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consistent, expert advice and coaching and guiding on people matters in a timely manner. You will be responsible for providing accurate advice and guidance in accordance with conditions of service; employment law; other legislation and statutory guidance to the designated business areas on all aspects of human resources, ensuring action taken is fair, consistent and considered. You'll take ownership for specific employment law topics and associated policies and procedures, ensuring regular review and compliance with all changes in employment legislation.
To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience in a similar role and managing complex employee relations cases, particularly disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance management and change management. As a minimum you will be part CIPD qualified with working knowledge of current legislation and issues within the HR arena.
In addition, you will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to ensure visibility across their regional offices. Significant experience in an Advisor role and coaching experience is advantageous, additionally senior stakeholder management experience and a CIPD qualification (level 7) would be desirable.
