We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our HR team based in central Manchester for a 12 month period.
As the HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Manager on direct recruitment, and will also provide support and advice to line managers on a broad range of HR matters, including flexible working, probations, performance management and other employee lifecycle processes. Some experience of supporting along with willingness to get involved in other areas such as payroll, benefits, pensions and learning and development would also be valuable.
Excellent attention to detail, good client relationship skills and an ability to work collaboratively are essential. You will have a good working knowledge of key employment legislation and be able to provide clear and succinct advice on recruitment and other HR matters. Good judgment and clear communication are important attributes.
You will have experience in a HR Advisor or internal recruitment role, ideally in a professional services environment or similar and will have experience of using LinkedIn for recruitment previously.
