Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Permanent HR Advisor with strong knowledge of 360 recruitment, ideally at all levels. My client is a leading Manufacturer/Retailer in the Bingley area.
The successful candidate will work within a fast paced, established and effective HR team environment and will take responsibility for:
*Advise line managers on company policies, procedures and precedents, to ensure fair and equitable management and leadership of all colleagues, in line with company values.
*Development, delivery and review of training programmes across the company to support future business success.
*Participate in the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews and understanding job requirements through discussions with line managers.
*Support line managers when dealing with disciplinary or grievance issues, providing advice, guidance and note taking as and when required.
*Compile and maintain up-to-date management information, in order to inform HR and the wider business of key HR statistics.
*In liaison with HR colleagues, support the delivery of key business initiatives.
*You will lead on Recruitment as well as Generalist HR within a team of 4 HR Advisors.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Graduate Calibre with CIPD qualification or working towards
*Working at an HR Advisor level with demonstrable Recruitment Experience
*Have come from a fast-paced manufacturing/Retail environment
*Be able to deliver key messages in a positive constructive manner
*Ability to link recruitment campaigns, Talent Management and L&D through building close relationships in the recruitment team and senior stakeholders
