Their HR Advisors report to an HR Business Partner and are responsible for providing advice and coaching to managers. This support includes managing HR issues and opportunities across the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, employee relations and performance management. In short, HR are tasked with building trusted relationships across the business.
You have significant experience of working in an HR department, preferably within a global business, ideally within the technology sector and are familiar with managing capability and performance.
As an HR generalist you have knowledge of HR systems, policies, processes and UK Employment Law, which allows you to provide pragmatic solutions to client groups. You also have experience of analysing management information, so can provide reports on how your group is performing against targets in areas such as recruitment metrics, attrition and diversity.
