Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor for a busy social care organisation based in the Garforth area.
The successful candidate will work within a small HR team, working strategically across the properties and business division leaders. Using a variety of mentoring and training techniques, you will deliver full ER specialist knowledge across the business, ensuring all cases are correctly dealt with and processes followed.
*Working closely with the Head of HR, HR Manager and L&D Manager to implement and cascade a robust ER system and process across the business.
*Supporting Line Managers with all aspects of Employee Relations, from grievances, investigations, disciplinary, absence management and HR best practice.
*To actively ensure your HR and employment law knowledge is up to date to ensure correct advice is given at all times.
*To be able to also handle/lead additional responsibilities across Tupe, Redundancy, Change to Terms and Employee Engagement.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD/Recruitment qualification or equivalent experience ideally at level 5
*Demonstrable experience in a fast paced ideally Social Care environment handling higher caseloads.
*Have managed Stakeholder negotiations and training delivery to ensure ER processes are followed.
