Closing date for applicants: 3 August 2018

Contract: Permanent

Interview Date: 17 August 2018

Do you have experience of working as an HR Assistant or an HR Administrator and want to progress your career and move into an HR Advisor role?

The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional who wants to develop their generalist HR advisor knowledge and experience.  We are taking an accelerated journey to the modernisation of HR and are looking for someone who has the drive to be part of this change as the function evolves.

If you have experience of working in a professional services environment and are adept at delivering a high-quality service in an efficient and well-organised manner, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

You will work as part of our collaborative HR Hub team in our Birmingham office and will play a key role in supporting the wider HR function to deliver results for the business.

The role:

You will be the first point of contact for employee queries across the business.  Working in a fast paced environment you will work alongside other talented HR professionals in the wider function to provide support in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.  You will have extensive experience of dealing with high volume recruitment across a range of professional and support roles and will enjoy the challenge of attracting and placing top talent in the firm.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of internal and external customers and will have regular contact with the payroll department so excellent communication skills are a must.  There will also be plenty of opportunity to assist the Head of HR, the Hub Manager and the HR Business Partners with project work.

Further Information:

The role is full time but part time applications will be considered.
