HR Advisor role
My client, an organisation in the museum and gallery space in London is seeking a HR Advisor on an FTC of 12 months to start as soon as possible. You will be reporting in to the Head of HR. If you have an interest in Arts this role is amazing for you, although of course not a requirements.
This role will be in central London and has the opportunity to go permanent after the FTC. You will be the primary point of contact for all the people at the organisation and will work to lead the people agenda along with the Head of HR. Your client group will consist of Finance, Marketing, Projects, Creative teams etc. It will consist of permanent and causal staff.
Ideally, you will have a specialist knowledge in recruitment as this role will include around 30-50% recruitment end-to-end, especially through the summer months. You will have recruited multiple roles at any one time, carried out interviews, worked on the interview process, sourced CV's and worked on an onboarding process. This organisation does not have a HR system so you must be used to working in this way.
You will carry out all HR Admin duties as required.
You will work on policies and procedures across the organisation and make sure best practice is followed.
You will have experience in Payroll; this is done by an external company but you will need to look at it once monthly to do the adjusments needed.
Although the organisation does not have a high amount of Employee Relations cases, where there are cases you will need to have a sound knowledge of ER to work with the Head of HR on these.
You will be experienced in booking and providing training across an organisation on different topics whether it be diversity, culture workshops or GDPR.
You will be a fantastic communicator with ability to influence, resilient but also kind and personable.
