The Role


This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join this brand-new office in Battersea, London office.


You will be the face of the Human resources in the firm, reporting to the equity Partners. This role will handle full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management.
Your responsibilities will include full-Cycle recruitment, managing the recruitment process; onboarding with new starts and providing support on employee matters; CPD returns and assisting with file audits, payroll, liaising with SRA and general HR admin duties.
You will be working within a picturesque office, supporting a firm that are known for the personable work culture that they provide.


Requirements

  • You will have 5+ years' experience in an HR role.
  • CIPD accredited
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a legal practice (desirable but essential)
  • Commercial awareness
  • Salary package is dependent upon experience
