This is an energy company which has over 5000 employees worldwide and around 2000 in the UK. In the Woking office are circa 50 employees. They work on some astronomical projects across the globe. As HR Advisor you will be required to travel across the UK and manage your diary accodingly. You will report to the HR Director in Northen UK with a dotted line to the HR Director in Australia. You will be an all round generalist to apply for this role. There is parking available at the Woking office.
You will act as a trusted HR Advisor to the business leaders in the energy segment of the business. You will build strong and meaningful relationships with your stakeholders and be a true people person.
- Complex projects such as restructuring, talent management, and organisational design.
-Support managers in the Performance Management process, up to and including exit interviews.
- Manage complex ER issues
- annual processes i.e appraisals and pay reviews
Ideally you will be degree qualified or similar and you will be available to start within 4 weeks. You will be MCIPD qualified and have significant Business Partnering experience. You will be use to and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you are pro-active as part of your role and do not wait for things to come to you. You willhave fantastic communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholder groups.
