HR Advisor, Chesterfield, £28,000 to £32,000

My client is looking for a pragmatic HR Advisor to join their team to help with exciting changes and growth. You will be entering a fast-paced environment and support management to successfully deliver HR activities across a broad client group. This role requires the delivery of ER matters which include case management, TUPE, discipline, grievances, absences, and the development of HR policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable HR experience
  • Strong Employee Relations knowledge: provide advice, guidance and coaching to employees and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and people processes.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage with and influence stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and team worker
  • Ability to manage high volume cases.
