Our client is a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of premium branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks. Their brands include Scotland’s favourite beer, Ireland’s No 1 cider) as well as a growing portfolio of super-premium and craft beers and ciders.

Position: HR Advisor 
Location: Bristol with Travel Between sites in the UK (including Shepton Mallet / Fosse, Park Royal, Crayford, Birmingham, Runcorn, Southampton) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: £30k to £34k per annum 
Benefits: Business needs company car; 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) - with the option to buy a further week; A Contributory Pension Scheme; A Discretionary Bonus Scheme and Share Incentive Plan (subject to eligibility); Private Healthcare Cover and Life Assurance; Our Bristol Support Office has an on-site gym, a staff shop with great bargains, free on-site parking and a subsided restaurant. 

About the role: 

You’ll be the source of guidance to key managers across the business. As an HR Advisor collaborating within our friendly Shared Service, you'll travel to our various sites across the UK acting as a first point of call for your key stakeholders across the business. Here, you’ll tackle a broad range of HR issues and HR policies along with coaching and developing our line managers. On top of all this, you’ll have the chance to help develop a winning HR strategy. Mark your contribution as you work with the HR Manager and see the impact you can have on their business! 

About you: 

- You’ll be CIPD-qualified or your final stage or equally, have relevant HR Advisory experience. You’ll have experience in managing and advising on complex, high risk and sensitive cases in a fast-paced environment. 
- You'll be hands-on with a proactive approach, action orientated and ideally commercially focused.

If you have strong communication skills, giving clear accurate guidance both one-to-one and in groups and can show you're results-focused, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a star in our business.
