Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor. Supporting Managers across the organisation with a vast range of ER issues, from absence through to safeguarding, through to dismissal.
The successful candidate will have a team of 2 administrators reporting in, working closely with the operational management team to deliver robust practices and practical guidance and advice. Using a variety of mentoring and training techniques, you will deliver full employee relations specialist knowledge across the business, ensuring all cases are correctly dealt with and processes followed.
*Work closely with the managers and employees to deliver strong ER advice and solutions, looking at mitigation of risk and costs.
*Support line managers with all aspects of employee relations, from grievances, investigations, disciplinary, absence management and HR best practices.
*To actively ensure your HR and employment law knowledge is up-to-date to ensure correct advice is given at all times.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*FMCG or Manufacturing experience within a fast-paced high-volume environment.
* Practical experience of managing ER issues and HR case management, from informal meetings through to dismissals and appeals.
*Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
*Ability to create strong collaborative relationships with all colleagues and representatives.
*Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to influence appropriately with all stakeholders, including line managers, employees and trade union representatives.
*Strong written communication skills to support the production of accurate, clear and succinct correspondence and reports.
