The role could be based at our Head Office in Pickering or one of our Regional Offices in York, Scarborough, Goole, Beverley or Ripon depending on your location.

As one of two HR Advisors in our team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, you would be part of a team who care about not just what we do but about each other as well.

Can you make the difference?
Your work will focus on supporting managers across The Trust with a range of employee relations matters, projects and coaching. To be successful you will be; an effective communicator, have proven experience in HR, have knowledge of working with a multi-sited employer, hold a level 3 qualification and CIPD membership and demonstrate equivalent experience, be actively engaged in your on going learning, take ownership of your responsibilities and be able to demonstrate up to date legislative knowledge.
Is there anything else we think you should know?
The Trust works across Yorkshire and you must be able to attend various offices and services, occasionally at short notice so being a driver with access to your own vehicle would be an advantage. The team hub is in Pickering so you should anticipate being in Pickering at least once a week.
