This role will be responsible for
:end-to-end lifecycle for all employees, including recruitment, payroll and data maintenance, supporting managers and responding to employee queries and needs.
An integral aspect of this role is ensuring best practice processes are implemented and embedded in the organisation, with a focus on candidate care, onboarding and induction, and the performance management cycle. The role will also support the Head of HR, who you will report into, in completing projects associated with the organisation's 'People Plan', along with improvement focused projects on an ad hoc basis.
To be suitable for this role , you will:
demonstrate previous generalist HR experience;
be highly organised with strong attention to detail;
possess well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and rapport.
CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience, is essential.
Ideally you will have small charity experience or experience working within a small organisation. Government administration/ London Borough experience is welcomed.
