HR Advisor (CIPD Level 7 HR Generalist) - Pioneering Brand

We are looking for a HR Generalist who is CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent), used to looking after a diverse client group and, most importantly, can identify what we could do better or differently. Is there a simpler, better, faster way?

The successful candidate will work closely with the Functional Director from their business area to deliver core HR – both the nice (embedding change, driving engagement, reporting, etc.) and the not so nice, (managing disciplinaries, absence, etc.). You will also have exposure to the COO and will be tasked with managing your own projects that bring value to the business.

We also want someone who can operate outside of the ‘normal HR’ space and really become a key member of their client group.

About You:

+ Substantial experience of generalist HR operations and advising managers on best HR practice and approaches.
+ Extensive experience of providing solutions-based HR advice founded on a sound knowledge of employment law, best practice and general commercial awareness.
+ Experience of working alongside senior managers to deliver high performance management.
+ Experience of managing organisational restructuring n a complex environment.
+ Clear understanding of business drivers and how HR can play a key role in the success of the organisation.
+ A good knowledge of all resourcing related processes from performance management, to succession planning, to exits from the business.
+ Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent.
+ Ability to be flexible in approach to meet customer requirements.
+ IT skills including MS Office packages Word, Excel and Outlook.
+ SAP experience desirable.
+ Experience of working in a blue-chip manufacturing or engineering environment would be an advantage.
