HR Advisor - Compensation and Benefits 

Our client is one of the leading players in its particular sector of the nuclear industry. With sites in four separate countries employing nearly 1400 people, they have restructured their organisation and now seek a C&B Advisor for their site in Cheshire. 

Position: Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Advisor 
Location: Nr. Chester 
Salary: Competitive 

About the Role: 

As part of the newly created Global Shared Services HR function, you will support your respective business unit on all issues related to salaries and benefits. 

Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will work in direct partnership with the site leadership team, advising on all projects/initiatives with a compensation & benefits impact. You will take a lead role in supporting the management of the job sizing and job evaluation processes and provide support for the day to day operation of the UK Benefits portfolio, working with third party benefit suppliers on issues such as healthcare, pensions, company cars and risk benefits. 

You will conduct analysis and produce key statistical information / metrics as input to management reports to help with business decisions and will manage the analysis and completion of salary survey reports, making recommendations using various external benchmarking companies. 

About You: 

Graduate calibre, you will have proven compensation & benefits experience within a large organisation.  You will have experience of salary surveys/reviews and have excellent Excel skills.  You do not have to come from the Energy Sector but it would be helpful to understand an environment with shift work for example. 

You may have experience of the following: Human Resources, HR, CIPD, HR Consultant, C&B, Compensation & Benefits, Reward, HR Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, HR Executive, Human Resources Executive, HR Officer, Human Resources Officer, Compensation Manager, Benefits Manager, etc.
