A large media business, based in South West London is looking for a HR Advisor (ER) to join its friendly, dynamic and driven HR team.
The role will work along side other HR Advisors, but will also work directly with the HR Director and Head of HR Operations to manage projects and the ER landscape.
The environment is market leading in its field, growing rapidly year on year through capturing market share and acquisition. The business employs a diverse range of people but it has a large sales team and a huge, complex tech and IT function - ER issues are varied.
Duties will involve working closely with HR BP's to manager the ER case work within the business. aswell as that work load it will also manage projects that arise through regular TUPE transfers, business change and acquisition related growth.
To apply to this role you should be a HR Officer/Advisor who is CIPD qualified (or studying towards). You should have experience of Employee relations from professional environments. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team and pro actively manage a workload to ensure effective management of the ER caseload. Ideally you will also have some experience of change (TUPE).
