I am excited to be partnering with an innovative, forwward thinking, millennial brand who are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and engaging HR generalist to support the HR manager as the business goes through continued growth.
Supporting a team of outgoing, staff in a work hard play hard atmosphere, this role offers full scope of the operational generalist piece as well as ownership of a variety of key value add projects. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will manage low level ER cases, advising and coaching managers on HR best practice. You will have great exposure to stakeholder relationship building and training line managers on how to approach HR issues.
You will be the go to person for HR queries in this highly visible role. An innovative approach will be essential, bringing ideas to the business and building strong relationships with people across the business and an ability to easily adapt your style and approach. You’ll take your job and level of professionalism seriously, but also be happy assist with admin and help the team in any way you can.
You will have worked in a fast paced and creative environment, be comfortable communicating at all levels and be pro-active and innovative in your approach. You will have had exposure to leading on a variety of HR tasks and have a consultative approach when advising and coaching management. You will be pro-active and collaborative and love bringing new ideas to the forefront of the business.
This is a 2 month FTC with a chance for that to be extended.
