Are you an ambitious HR professional looking to grab a chance as a HR Advisor for an innovative forward thinking creative agency? Our client an international integrated communications agency is looking for a professional, pro-active and engaging HR generalist to support the Head of HR as the business goes through continued growth.
Supporting multiple agencies, this role offers full scope of the operational generalist piece as well as ownership of a variety of key value add projects. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will manage low level ER cases, advising and coaching managers on HR best practice. You will have full ownership of the training budget, liaising with various stakeholders to determine where the focus should be on training and development.
You will be responsible for the payroll piece, as well as being the go to person for HR queries in this highly visible role. An innovative approach will be essential, bringing ideas to the business on revamping around the talent and engagement piece.
You will have worked in a fast paced and creative environment, be comfortable communicating at all levels and be pro-active and innovative in your approach. You will have had exposure to leading on low level ER cases (probation, perf mgmt etc) and have a consultative approach when advising and coaching management. You will be pro-active and offer a solutions focused approach, bringing ideas to the fore.
