Enfield Head Office has a great opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our team in the role of HR Advisor for a period of 12 months providing effective day to day HR guidance and support to Head Office and Enfield Site Management team on employment relations cases and recruitment campaigns. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role also manages HR systems, processes and administration for the Enfield site in conjunction with the HR Coordinator. Part of the responsibilities for this role will include the preparation of management information in order to support the HR agenda as well as leading HR related projects.
What we are looking for:
To apply, you should be of graduate calibre with a proven track record of HR experience in managing employment relations cases and recruitment campaigns, preferably within an FMCG environment. Excellent verbal and written communication as well as influencing skills re essential. CIPD qualification is desirable.
