As our HR advisor, you will…
Support and assist the senior HR business partner in the provision of a high quality, pro-active and efficient HR service to managers and staff within the Trust. You will provide in-depth advice on the application of Together Trust’s HR policies and procedures, and liaise with other colleagues to maintain effective communication links, ensuring that best practice is shared and developed.
Candidates for this role must hold a Level 3 CIPD qualification and have previous experience of a HR advisory role. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be comfortable working in a busy environment and have experience of HR databases and systems. Experience of employee relations casework, legislation updates, policy review and design is key.
Self-motivated and organised, you will have up-to-date working knowledge of employment law and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will be a strong team player, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to deliver a varied workload to agreed deadlines.
