Our client is a forward-thinking social organisation that positively impacts communities. They’re also proud to create opportunities that make things happen - for people, families, homes and communities. They’re a busy team with lots to do and can only achieve this if they've got the right resources so they look for people and partners with as much enthusiasm and passion as they have for making things happen.
With that in mind, our client currently has an opportunity available for a proactive HR Advisor to join them to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave.
Working in partnership with the business to provide a pragmatic, accurate and comprehensive day-to-day Human Resources and Organisational Development service, you will deliver key business projects within the HR team and support in the delivery of the Group’s corporate objectives.

Due to the field based nature of the role, a current valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential as you will be required to cover a number of sites across the North West region. A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload, you must be capable of building relationships effectively and working under minimal supervision.
