Our client is recruiting for an experienced part time HR Advisor based in St. Albans. The role will cover 20 – 25 hours per week, hours are flexible but must be worked over 5 days.
The role will provide professional and comprehensive advice to managers and employees on a range of general HR queries such as sickness absence management, performance management, contractual matters, L&D, disciplinary and grievance issues, along with other HR policies and procedures.
Involved with the management of ER cases such as disciplinary and grievances and providing advise and support regarding processes such as restructuring and redundancies, you will lead on the development and implementation of performance review and L&D processes and assist managers in their use.
This role will suit candidates who have a proven track record of working in an advisory role at a senior level and are capable of building credibility with key stakeholders within the business. An up to date knowledge of HR practices and legislation is essential, as well as strong organisational and communication skills. CIPD qualified and with experience of managing end to end recruitment, you must thrive in an environment where there are conflicting pressures and demands and be capable of delivering within that environment.
