HR Administrator - City of London - Maternity Cover - £25k!
This role will be covering HR administrative activities for this well known and established Airline working from their central office based in the City of London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to experience working in a busy travel office. They are looking for someone who has experience with HR and especially Payroll and Recruitment experience. They will pay 25k for the right person.
HR Administrator, Responsibilities:
· Provide expert and professional service on Human Resources issues and support managers where appropriate using a problem solving approach
· Advise managers on recruitment and selection issues, including development of job descriptions, create person specifications, allocate the appropriate job grade by understanding the banding concept, conduct the selection process and participating in interview panels when necessary
· Invoice preparation and payment as per internal procedures
