In need of a systems savvy HR Analyst to join a well-known housing association based in London on a 6 month FTC.
They are currently looking for a coach to up skill the new job holder who starts later on this year. From the off you will be involved in maintenance of their main system Northgate and managing the upgrades and also producing reports. As the role progresses you will become more involved commentary and Insights, organisation hierarchy, providing advice and guidance for business reports and managing the processes for the Audit data security and integrity, recommending remedial interventions where necessary.
You must have knowledge of Northgate, team management and excel. The use of Cornerstone is desirable.
