Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Analyst. The role will have responsibility for managing employee data integrity and providing comprehensive analytics that will provide strategic manpower analysis and trending information on employees.

Responsibilities will include:

* Maintain existing reporting suites and develop, build and roll out new reports to meet monthly and ad-hoc requirements (to support Leadership decision making and trend identification)
* Be a subject matter expert for the HR/ Payroll system; ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner as appropriate
* Coordinate and manage the HR Calendar of activities and processes, including Talent and Performance Management, Bonus and Salary review
* Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyse competitive salary information
* Provide analysis and insight into key employee trends based on data changes and present back in report format
* Create trend analysis reports for the management and advanced trackers to track recruitment approvals
* Serve as a liaison between HR and IT Department to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage solutions to meet the needs of the HR and users, recommending business process enhancements

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

* Degree Educated
* Experience of HR Analysis
* Evidence of writing reports for senior managers; presenting data and analysis in a clear and concise manner
* Advanced experience using a HR/Payroll (or equivalent) system to extract and present data
* Previous experience in developing and delivering end user reporting/analytics
* Proficient in advanced techniques of MS Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, lookup functions and advanced charting functions) and PowerPoint
* Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical
