A high growth Telecoms startup are currently seeking a graduate for a Junior HR Analyst role to support a growing HR Team as well as Senior Leadeship. (£30-35,000)
- Support the HR Team with Compensation, Recruitment, and general HR activities.
- Be responsible for Tracking and Reporting key HR metrics (e.g. Turn-over, Diversity)
- Support the development of HRIS.
Key Experience Required:
- Strong skills with excel is required (vlookups, pivot table etc)
- 1 year experience in a HR role is preffered.
- Degree in business, IT, or HR is ideal.
