We are looking for a HR/ L&D Administrator to provide an efficient and accurate HR administrative service to our HR team. Supporting the L&D Manager, the HR Manager and the HR Advisors, this role is essential to the smooth running of the team, often being the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
Our HR team is made up of nine people that are predominantly Bristol based. It encompasses HR, Recruitment and Training covering all four office locations.
This role is focused on administration for HR and L&D activities. This will include updating the HR database; producing offer and contract paperwork; creating, maintaining and updating spreadsheets; ensuring compliance across the firm, tracking progress and producing reports and managing the new starters process.
