Are you ready to embark on a career in HR and recruitment in an exciting and diverse business where no two days are the same?

Join our client as a HR and Recruitment Apprentice and you’ll become part of a high-performing HR team who work hard, have fun and truly make a difference. You’ll be key in taking responsibility for administration of the employee hire-to-retire lifecycle and be the first point of contact for all HR queries.

Reporting into the HR Advisor, you will be able to work to pressing deadlines and use your excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with employees and hiring managers on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing …

Collaborating with the Admin team to produce contractual documents throughout hire-to-retire lifecycle
Working in a collaborative way across HR, Talent Acquisition (TA) and the business to improve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Acting as first point of contact for HR and TA queries, including monitoring the HR Department and Careers inbox
Administration of our client’s employee benefits
Ensuring all employment correspondence is filed efficiently and electronically
Maintaining high levels of knowledge on the HR and applicant tracking system

A high level of IT competence including Microsoft systems?

The successful candidate will be required to have or achieve level two in English and Maths.
