They are currently looking to recruit a HR Apprentice to provide support throughout the HR function whilst completing a Human Resource Apprenticeship (Level 3, or Level 5) by carrying out assignments via workplace observations, written assignments and portfolio of evidence.

Offering a full insight into a fully functioning HR Team, the successful candidate will assist the HR Director and HR Senior Leadership Team with any project administrative work, such as the preparation of the monthly HR Change Board pack, and must prepare the monthly internal and Group-wide HR newsletter which will include working closely with members of each COE.

Working closely with the Group Diversity & Inclusion Director to implement Diversity and Inclusion across the Group, you will provide administrative support to five employee networks, holding regular meetings with Committee Chairs and network Sponsors and taking ownership of the D&I section of the Group’s intranet site, including the creation of content.

The role also involves creating communication plans and producing internal communications on behalf of the HR Director and the HR Centres of Excellence.

With proven experience in Project Administration and excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be a creative thinker and able to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines. 

A good eye for detail is essential and you should be ambitious and proactive with the ability to cope with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Essentially, our client is looking for someone with a willingness to learn and balance a variety of tasks and priorities in an organised manner.  An interest, or previous experience, in Diversity & Inclusion would be an advantage.
