An IT business based in Coventry is looking for a HR Assistant to take on a role which involves both HR & Payroll administration.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Benefit & pensions management
  • HR Administration
  • Management reporting
  • Employee compliance
  • Overseeing both UK & international payroll
  • Salary reporting
  • Starter and leaver documentation
  • Managing the training matrix

Ideally, you will need to be a self-motivated individual who has experience dealing with both HR & Payroll. A good understanding of Excel is necessary and having previous use of Sage would be ideal.

All training will be provided.
