Are you an HR Administrator looking for the next step to assistant? Then this role could be ideal for you, based at their Head Office in Mirfield, West Yorkshire the role of HR Assistant will be to actively ensure a standard of excellence is achieved in all HR Administrative activities, maximising efficiency and effectiveness. This role also provides a key advisory service to team leaders and employees on HR Matters.

Education / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Associate CIPD status, or working towards
- Significant experience of working in a business focussed HR department as a HR Administrator
- High literacy & numeracy skills
- Good working knowledge of employment law
- Excellent knowledge of HR good practice
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent IT skills

Personal Competencies
- Thoroughness with excellent attention to detail
- Works with an organised approach and can develop process
- Results orientated with mindfulness of adding value
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve difficult situations
- Ability to use own initiative and a willingness to develop
- Demonstrable understanding and working with upmost confidentiality
- Personable with excellent interpersonal skills
