Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant for a public sector organisation in Sheffield. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 2-3 months which has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate. Due to the urgent nature of this role only candidates that are available at short notice will be required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join an exciting organisation that over time can offer significant career progression. Ideally you will have previous HR administration experience and knowledge of HR processes, however a strong Administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills and a keen interest in HR will be considered.
Joining a well-established and friendly team of HR Assistants the role will report into the HR Manager and provide an effective, consistent and high quality HR administrative service to the business. You will be the first point of contact in providing advice and guidance on all HR related enquiries via face to face contact, telephone and email.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:
-Strong administration and IT skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Customer focused approach
-Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
-Keen interest in Human Resources and willing to work towards CIPD
