HR Assistant – The Role
Join us and you will support a busy HR department by handling a range of HR administrative tasks. You will get involved in updating employee records, organising monthly reports, entering payroll information, preparing employee correspondence and contracts as well as maintaining employee files. You will also be responsible for providing basic first line employee advice in relation to employment law and HR processes as well as assisting with recruitment.
HR Assistant – Requirements
You will have worked in an HR department and possess excellent MS Office skills. If you have used HR systems such as Oracle so much the better. Highly organised you are comfortable meeting deadlines and have an eye for detail. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are happy dealing with changing priorities. You must also have excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
