Our client, a respected charity in central London require an HR Assistant to provide administrative support, and ensure that policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained. The role will also involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage new starters, leavers and contractual changes process
  • Input accurate information into the HR Information System (Cascade) in line with payroll deadlines
  • Assist with recruitment process, keeping logs and managing interviews where necessary
  • Note-taking in formal meetings, and any other ad-hoc administartion

Desired skills and experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in a HR role
  • Strong organisation and communication - both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and understand different departments needs and demands
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using Excel as well as a HRIS
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
