Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant for a professional services business based in Leeds city centre.
Reporting into the HR Advisor the role of the HR Assistant will be to operate as first line support for general HR enquiries.
HR Assistant duties will include:
* Being the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary to the appropriate member of the team
* Conducting return to work meetings
* Supporting the HR Advisor with disciplinary and grievances
* Ensuring the accurate recording of sickness absence, highlighting specific issues to team members
* Supporting with recruitment such as adverts and telephone interviews
* Preparing offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks, etc
* Supporting the HR Advisor in all aspects of HR invoices received for HR related activity
Elevation HR would be keen to speak to candidates who are CIPD level 3 qualified and have HR Assistance experience within a Financial Services or Professional Services background.
