HR Assistant / Administrator - £30,000 - £35,000 pa. London.

Our client, a growing financial services organisation, is looking for a HR Assistant to join their growing team in London. They are looking for proven administrative capability, to undertake a number of their administrative duties to aid the team with a number of day to day as well as project based work.

About the role:

  • Helping with administrative tasks to assist internal recruitment;
  • General administration tasks around on-boarding/ off-boarding, inductions etc;
  • Supporting with payroll duties;
  • Taking ownership for the HR system, managing updates and process improvement;
  • Helping with I&D initiatives and administrative tasks supporting wider HR projects.

Key requirements:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a discipline linked to HR; Business Management; Psychology etc.
  • Previous hands-on, administrative experience from within a financial/ professional services organisation is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative to complete tasks efficiently at a high level.
