Are you an experienced HR assistant or have experience in a similar role? This role could be for you!

Our client is a market leader in the provision of private mental health services and due to their growth, they are looking for a HR Assistant to work across all of their Group businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to establish yourself within their growing business, as the go to person for all matters relating to HR.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a busy HR inbox
• Completing new starter / onboarding administration, ensuring all pre-employment checks are complete before the employees start date
• Working with managers to organize induction
• Producing documentation e.g., to confirm change of circumstances for employee’s
• Creating reports and MI as required by HR Advisor and Group HR Director
• Involvement in project work as the business grows and new processes and systems are implemented

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst retaining a high level of attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple deadlines confidently and with resilience
• Excellent IT skills and experience of working with MS office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders

Salary: £18,250 to £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
