Salary: £18,065 - £18,795 pro rata (Actual Salary: £6,400)

Ebor Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust serving children aged 2 to 16. It is our aspiration to develop geographical hubs of schools that share our values and we have already made significant strides in achieving this aim. The Central Services Team, based in Osbaldwick, York, consists of the HR, Finance, Estates and other ‘back office’ functions.
We now have an opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our small and friendly team. This is a varied HR clerical position and would be ideal either for someone looking to start a career in HR, or an experienced HR administrator who is looking for a term time only, part time role. The work pattern is flexible by agreement.
Within the role you will undertake administrative and clerical work for the Trust’s HR team. Completing a variety of general office duties as required you will specifically be responsible for recruitment administration, convening meetings, typing minutes of meeting and issuing routine letters and other written documents.
We are looking for someone who has a good level of IT literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, gmail and Google docs, coupled with a high standard of written work for adverts, letters and emails. With excellent organisational and administrative abilities, you will have attention to detail and an excellent customer focussed approach to work.
