My client is a prestigious luxury fashion brand - based in Central London who are currently experiencing a significant level of growth and success. At this exciting time they're looking to appoint a HR Advisor into the business and support the London office and wider retail presence.
This is a demanding role which is constantly changing and very fast paced so would suit individuals who have worked in similar businesses i.e Retail, Fashion.
The successful candidate will be experienced in:
Recruitment - responsible for all recruitment ( sourcing to first round interviews ) and ownership of the recruitment proces
On boarding and responsibility on all HR processes
Employee Relations and Training and Development
Payroll and budget management
Our client is looking for an individual who is a strong HR professional and has a degree in a HR or business related field. If you have your CIPD this is a desirable quality of the role.
You will be a very positive person and always want to know/ want to deliver things in the best possible way with excellence and perfection.
