We have partnered with a really unique design agency who specialise in commercial spaces. They work with incredible brands and forward thinking companies to create unique spaces. They have a collaborative, open and relaxed culture and are looking for an innovative, hardworking and organised HR assistant to join them on a 12 month FTC.
You’ll work directly with the HR advisor and HR director in a company where progression is encouraged by management. You’ll enjoy the processes of HR and have a good understanding of why they’re essential to your job, but also have a real passion for the people side.
You’ll have a social and people driven mentality to your work and be someone that likes to get involved in the company culture and be part of a team. You’ll be involved in letters, contracts, inductions, the L&D piece across the company and recruitment coordination. You’ll have a can do attitude, and love getting involved in projects, such as the GDPR piece, the appraisal and review system that’s in place and be willing to learn as much as possible.
You’ll have some experience of HR so far, ideally in a creative sector and you’ll be confident that this is the career you want to progress in. You’ll be highly organised, able to work at a fast pace and have ambition to get involved in all aspects of the HR function and all projects on the horizon.
You’ll be passionate about processes and willing to assist the advisor with all data aspects of the job, but also a proven people person, with a flair for building relationships. You’ll be eager to learn, show initiative and emotional maturity and ideally you’ll be experienced at working within an agency in a creative environment.
