I have the privilege of working with an incredible industry leading creative agency who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their fantastic team. Supporting different agencies, this role will give fantastic scope of the generalist HR piece and offer fantastic career development.
Supporting multiple agencies, you will be a great communicator who has the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders instantly. Encompassing the whole generalist piece this role will cover aspects of ER, L&D, training, payroll and the employee life cycle from an administrative perspective. You will be working closely with the HR coordinator and Head of HR in various HR processes, providing excellent HR administration support.
Working as part of a wider team, you will demonstrate a pro-active approach and be innovative in your approach when bringing a solutions focused approach. Day to day tasks will range from coordinating the induction process, liaising with payroll team to advise on monthly changes, scheduling interviews, assisting with the student academy and maintaining changes to the benefits system among other ad-hoc duties.
You will be confident and extremely organised, being able to prioritise different duties across your varied client group. You will have exposure to working in a fast paced, creative environment previously and be consultative and diligent in your approach. A strong communicator with a versatile approach will be essential for this creative environment, the ability to alter your style from different creative stakeholders is a must.
