A fantastic opportunity is available for a HR Assistant on an initial 6month FTC within a global communications agency. This is a chance to join a supportive and collaborative HR team, and take ownership of the HR Administration in a creative and social agency.  

As HR Assistant, you’ll report into the HR Manager, with your role responsibilities including taking ownership of the administration of new starters, leavers and probation processes, being a first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries, and keeping on track of probation reviews. You’ll support the recruitment team with managing reference requests and obtaining PO’s, and will manage the administration of the HR and payroll systems. This would be a fab move for a strong administrator, or a candidate with a minimum of 6months HR Administration who feels ready to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate for this HR Assistant opportunity will be a confident communicator, and happy to be a very visible team member. You’ll need to demonstrate that you can work with a high level of attention to detail, ideally have used a HRIS or ATS system and be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
