If you’re a HR or Recruitment Administrator who is looking to work in a fantastically creative, growing brand – this could be for you! I’m recruiting for a HR Assistant who will get amazing exposure as part of a lively, collaborative and sociable team.

This is a truly generalist HR Assistant role, where your key responsibilities will include the full employee lifecycle including the coordination of recruitment activity, on-boarding and induction, through to leavers administration. You will support performance reviews across the company, will coordinate the training requirements for employees and will support the HR Manager with any projects being delivered. With a real talent for data and analytics, you will compile metrics data/prepare reports for salary review, holiday and absence which will be used to drive decision making. In addition, you will keep up to date with employment law to assist with Company policies and will maintain the data around payroll and benefits administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on candidate who has experience of working at HR Administrator level, who can demonstrate real creativity and a passion for an exciting, start up type environment. Candidates will have a minimum of 1 years HR/Recruitment experience, and should be passionate about developing a career in HR. You'll need to be highly organised, have a proactive approach to work and of course have an excellent eye for detail.
