As our HR assistant, you will…
Support and assist the HR advisor in the provision of a high quality, proactive and efficient HR shared service to managers and staff within the Trust. You will provide first line advice on the application of Together Trust’s HR policies and procedures and ensure best practice is shared and developed across the team and managers in the Trust.
Candidates for this role must hold a Level 3 CIPD qualification and have previous experience of providing first line HR generalist advice. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be comfortable working in a busy environment and have experience of HR databases and systems.
Self-motivated and organised, you will have up to date working knowledge of employment law and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will be a strong team player, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to deliver a varied workload to agreed deadlines.
