HR Assistant Manager - French and/or German speaking
I am currently working with an international technology company who are looking for a HR Assistant Manager to join their London team. The ideal candidate has previous experience of working with client groups across EMEA.
This HR assistant manager will work closely with the HR Business Partner and partner a client group of 500 people across Europe.
They are be responsible for the day to day HR of the client group. This includes but is not limited to:
- Process and policy review
- Compensation and benefits
- Advising on staff development
- Learning and development programmes
- Writing and presenting information briefings on a range of HR related topics
This candidate will have a lot of involvement with regional work councils and the ideal candidate will have experience in this field already. We would ideally like to hear from candidates who has previously worked with International client groups.
